Cancellation Policy
We completely understand life happens and needing to reschedule. Please contact me as soon as possible at 763-291-6141.
For cancellations made later than 24 hours prior to appointment a 50% charge of your scheduled treatment will be applied. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF TREATMENT SCHEDULED!
In the event you arrive late, please note your treatment will be shortened and conclude at the scheduled time, out of courtesy for the next scheduled guest. If you are 15 MIN LATE your appointment will be canceled and charged as a No Show.
